A larger flash compared to the E15B, slightly quicker flash recycling and more flashes. The C stands for 'computer controlled'. 
 
A useful flash unit that fits neatley on the bottom hot shoe of all Rollei 35 Cameras. It takes 4 AA batteries (not recycling ones).
